Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bat399. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other purpose – is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

4.1 Account Security

You warrant that all information provided to bat399 during registration and throughout your account lifecycle is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. bat399 may request updated documentation at any time to confirm the accuracy of account information on record.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bat399 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may require Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal or when a bat399 account reaches certain transaction thresholds. KYC documents typically required include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension.

4.4 Account Inactivity

A bat399 account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity occurs for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bat399 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 500 per month to dormant accounts after the initial twelve-month period, deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

bat399 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods accepted on bat399 are subject to the following conditions:

• All funds deposited to bat399 must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• bat399 shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors in crediting deposits to a Player's account. Deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 24 hours for bank transfers.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reclaimed once credited to the bat399 platform. Players must contact bat399 support immediately if an erroneous deposit occurs.

bat399 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Only funds constituting a Player's verified withdrawable balance – being real money deposits plus confirmed converted winnings, minus any applicable bonus-derived restrictions – are eligible for withdrawal from bat399.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount from bat399 is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.
3. Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 2–10 minutes of request approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 2 business hours. bat399 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 22:00 PKT.
4. Zero Withdrawal Fees: bat399 charges no internal processing fee on any player withdrawal. Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.
5. Same-Name Withdrawal: Withdrawal funds will only be transferred to accounts or mobile wallets registered in the same name as the bat399 account. bat399 will reject withdrawal requests targeting third-party accounts.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• bat399 bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, bonus hunting, or arbitrage betting using bonus funds is prohibited.
• Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bat399 bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements on bat399 must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus balances expire at the end of this period.

7.2 Cashback Promotions

Where bat399 offers cashback promotions, cashback is calculated on net losses within the specified promotional period and credited to the Player's bat399 account within 24 hours of the promotional period closing. Cashback credited by bat399 may carry a wagering requirement of 1× unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

The following rules govern all wagers placed on bat399, covering both the sports betting sportsbook and all casino game categories including bat399 Casino live tables, slots, and game shows.

8.1 Sportsbook Rules

• All bets placed on bat399 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, league, or market in question, as published in bat399's betting rules documentation available within the platform.
• bat399 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where the integrity of the market is in question. Voided bets on bat399 are refunded at stake value.
• For cricket betting on bat399, including PSL and Pakistan international matches, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC) is the determinative result for settlement purposes. bat399 will not settle based on unofficial or disputed results.
• In-play bets on bat399 are accepted at the current displayed odds at the moment of acceptance by the bat399 system. Odds visible during latency delays do not constitute accepted bets.
• bat399 operates a maximum payout per event, per Player. Bets exceeding the applicable maximum will be limited to the maximum payout at bat399's discretion without prior notice.

8.2 Casino Game Rules

Where bat399 terminates an account due to Player breach, bat399 reserves the right to withhold the outstanding balance pending investigation and, where confirmed breach is established, forfeit such balance.

Any dispute arising from your use of bat399, including disputes regarding game outcomes, account settlements, bonus terms, or withdrawal processing, should be submitted to bat399's support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bat399 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and target full resolution within 14 business days.
